Privacy Policy

When you create a Nuvaraai account, we collect your name and email address. When you make a payment, Razorpay processes the transaction and passes us only a confirmation — we never see or store card numbers or UPI credentials. We also collect usage data such as the prompts you submit, images you generate, credits you spend, and standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to run and improve the platform.

We use your information to: • Provide and maintain the Nuvaraai service • Process credit purchases and keep your account balance accurate • Send transactional emails (registration, payment receipts, password reset) • Improve our AI models and cultural intelligence pipeline • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Meet our legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The prompts you submit and the images you generate belong to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated prompt patterns to improve our Indian Cultural Intelligence (ICI) pipeline. We will not use your specific prompt text or generated images for marketing without your explicit consent. Generated images are stored on our cloud infrastructure so you can access them from the Gallery. You can delete your images at any time.

Your data is stored on servers located in India and/or within AWS/GCP regions that comply with Indian data localisation norms. We use industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to personal data is limited to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis, and we conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (HTTP-only, secure cookies for authentication tokens) and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies from your browser settings — doing so will sign you out of the platform.

We rely on a small set of third-party services: • Razorpay — payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy) • Cloudinary / AWS S3 — image storage and delivery • Vercel / hosting provider — web infrastructure Each is bound by its own privacy policy and a data processing agreement with us.

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account and associated data • Export your generated images before closing your account • Withdraw consent for optional data processing To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@nuvaraai.in. We respond within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account stays active. Generated images are kept until you delete them or close your account. Anonymised usage logs may be retained for up to 24 months for analytics. When you delete your account, all personal data, images, and project data are permanently removed within 30 days.

Nuvaraai is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date below and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
